"This is the best place to stay prior to a cruise. The bell hop will collect your tagged luggage and deliver it to your cruise ship. The passenger entrance is easily accessible from the hotel lobby. The location is central to many points of interest, easily walkable or grab a cab."

"At the time there was no elevator access (but they were working on it just after we left) the staff were incredibly helpful (and fast) at getting our very heavy luggage up and down the stairs for us. And they let us store our stuff there while we explored the area after check out. They were incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were and bed were very comfortable and I loved the design and decor. I slept very well. My only negative comment would be the bathroom door is frosted glass, I don't like that. I want something that locks and is opaque for more privacy. We had the larger room with King bed and pull out couch, so several people in a shared room, a proper door with lock is needed."

"It started with the curb appeal! Beautiful. We walked easily with our luggage directly from our cruise ship. Bellman next: Friendly, informative, helpful. Reception desk: no line, personable staff, provided us an exceptional upgrade(for nominal cost)to a fantastic top floor room with a wall to wall picture window with a non interrupted view of the water, the ship we just disembarked and the skyline. Concierge: friendly, helpful and got us the excursion we wanted, map and directions with tips as to where/how to get to an attraction. Also set up a taxi for early morning 2 days later. Housekeeping service: friendly, energetic, provided extra supplies as requested. Room was very clean(requested blanket and extra coffee pods that were delivered immediately. A food court is attached to the hotel(Fast food places and Starbucks). Also a plaza with restaurants and nice bars. A couple kiosks across street for busses, including Hop On Hop Off. Taxi stand at side of hotel. The only things I wish they would have had in room were a microwave and small cooler for our needs(cooler is there but totally filled with items at cost and auto charge if moved) There is a common microwave in lobby. Check out was smooth and could be automatic if you wanted. Very impressed with service, staff friendliness and aesthetics."
