Everything, including the breakfast, was wonderful. My only suggestion is to amend the hotel name listing. We walked in circles looking for “San Marco Palace” but the sign outside says “Hotel Royal San Marco”

We stayed in a room with balcony view, I requested one of the rooms that had a better view and a specific room, unfortunately this request wasn’t looked into as I had no feedback on it. Was a good stay overall, very Venetian style, but very dated and old looking. Breakfast was good, it was a bonus since food there is not cheap especially with a family. You need to leave your keys back at the reception when going out daily which was a little inconvenient. Convenient location with most things in reach.

Breakfast was subpar
Though the staff was super nice !!
The bar area lacked any personality
And we had to flag someone down to get a drink - it was better to go to the outside bar for drinks -
Location was great only the hotels rating seemed more like a glorified
