"Communication with the property was extremely poor from the beginning. It took a very long time to receive responses, which made the entire process frustrating and difficult to manage. The check-in details provided were incorrect, which created unnecessary confusion on arrival. More importantly, there was no running water in the apartment for two days during the stay.
