The hotel staff greeted me upon my arrival and made me feel very welcomed. After checking in, the security staff took my luggage to my room and showed how to get to the nearby shopping mall. The room had AC and hot water.

The pool is very cold. The showers are hot. Strict and vigilant security. Right next to the mall which was nice. If you go in the door to the mall past the beer place and on the right there’s a jumbo grocery store that has everything you need. Very close.

I liked staff promptness and kindness. I only suggest for the staff who buss or pick up used dishes from dining table, to acknowledge us guess and just be courteous and let guest know when they’re coming from the back to clean table. Just needs to say excuse me or pardon. Only construction suggestion; pls NO scolding. I’m looking forward to return to Sonesta Vallwdupar this week too. Kudos Sonesta staff. 👍💪😊🇺🇸
