My residence is diamond rated (the highest rating with a score of 97 out of 100) by the Vail Lodging Quality Assurance Program and is located in the heart of Lionshead Village. The Eagle Bahn Gondola, Born Free Express Lift, and Ski School are all just a 2 minute walk away. The general store, liquor store, restaurants, pubs, ski/snowboard shops, ice rink, free in-town shuttle, and lifts are just steps away. Couples and families will love the convenience to everything Vail has to offer. Free, elevator accessed, attached garage parking included for 1 vehicle!
This first floor 797sf 1 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 4 and is the largest, most luxurious one bedroom unit at The Landmark. All custom furnishings and décor will make you feel right at home.
Enjoy the awesome recreation deck (conveniently located on the same floor as the residence) where you can take a dip in the outdoor heated pool, soak in one of three hot tubs, workout in the fitness center, or enjoy s'mores in front of the fire pit taking in the mountain/village views.
Pamper yourself in the upscale master suite with a KING size bed, flat screen tv, spacious bath with double vanities, heated travertine flooring, and a luxurious walk-in two person shower (this is the only residence at The Landmark with this feature). Luxurious Ralph Lauren towels, Hotel Collection Primaloft luxury down alternative pillows, and sumptuous Ralph Lauren robes for trips to the pool/hot tubs are provided.
There is an additional full hall bath to expedite getting ready for activities on and off the mountain.
The fully equipped kitchen (blender, toaster, Cuisinart DDC-1200 drip coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, china, glassware, silverware, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker) has beautiful knotty alder wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, solid granite countertops/backsplashes, and an island that seats four. The Calphalon cookware is professional grade stainless steel and enjoy dining with Ralph Lauren silverware.
The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that frame nice partial mountain/ski slope views, a stone fireplace, stunning stone wall, distressed wood flooring, high definition tv with surround sound, and a custom leather sleeper sofa (queen size, extra length, and comfortable mattress). High speed Wi-Fi (500+mbps) is also included so you can easily stay connected with the office, family, and friends.
My place comfortably sleeps four, has a washer/dryer, and a private balcony (with gas barbeque grill) overlooking the ski slopes of Vail mountain.
All of the little things that make a place like home are provided: Slippers, soap bars, shampoo, extra paper towels/toilet paper, salt/pepper, 16 cooking spices & oil, plastic wrap/aluminum foil for easy kitchen clean up, Bar Keepers Friend for cleaning cookware, coffee filters, Palmolive dish liquid, Tide washer detergent, Oxi Clean stain remover, Bounce dryer sheets, etc...

This condo will not disappoint! It’s an excellent condo that is well maintained with everything needed for your stay! Located in Lionshead Village with a short walk (5min) to the Eagle Bon Gondola and shops and restaurants! The vail bus has a bus stop right at the condo which is very convenient to take around and into Vail Village! We have stayed here 3 years in a row and highly recommend this condo!
We loved staying at the condo, it is perfectly located. Comfy beds, clean and great accommodations. This was our first trip to Vail and we will be back.

We had a great week hiking and walking both Lionshead and Vail Village. Even though it was warm for the mountains, it was a nice reprieve from the Texas heat.

This place exceeded our already high expectations based on the description and reviews. Excellent location; and beautifully appointed with high-end design and features. We had stayed in Vail Village numerous times but it was our first time in Lionshead. We fell in love with the vibe and ease of Lionshead and it will become our new Vail destination. The host is very caring and responsive. He even went out of his way to stop by and pick something up to mail to us which we had left in his Condo. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.
We enjoyed everything this unit had to offer. It’s a perfect size for a family of four (two adults & two young kids). Lots of perks to this place: the location (very short walk to slopes), two bathrooms (huge plus), washer and dryer in the unit (another huge plus), comfortable bed/pullout couch, super clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The resort has a heated pool and three hot tubs overlooking the mountains, a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Rich, the owner, it’s great to work with. He checked in several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.
The Landmark condo was amazing - this is our 4th stay at this location. We love the proximity to the Gondola in Lionshead. The hot tub is the best around. The condo is top notch with a gourmet kitchen and all the finishes are amazing. Our host Rich is the best also.

This condo is well maintained with up to date furnishings and appliances ! It’s located in the middle of Lionshead and a 5 minute walk to Eagle Bahn Gondola!! You can catch the in-town bus which is right outside the condo and ride into Vail Village and shops and restaurants! This condo is immaculate!! We have rented this condo twice from the owner and the check in/out process and communication with Rich is great! It was a great week staying here along with skiing and will be renting this condo again on our next trip!! Definitely a 5 star or above condo!
We loved our stay at this condo. The location was great, the owner was very communicative and the property was clean, organized and stocked with everything we needed. Vail does get warm in the summer so I would note that there is no air conditioning like several places in town. But once we figured out to keep the condo cool it was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was exactly as described and pictured! It was in excellent condition and the Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils for preparing any meal! The Landmark is a short 5 min walk to Eagle Bahn gondola! Rich checked in by txt a couple of times during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed!! We will definitely stay with Rich , in this condo ,when we return to Vail!

Extremely well appointed and well managed unit with wonderful amenities. Have stayed in many vrbo's and none are as pristine as this one. Owner is very attentive to detail and very responsive. Top notch appliances, decor, utensils, dishes etc. Even provides coffee, and filters and plenty of paper supplies, soap etc. Great location, short walk to Lionshead village gondola.
The condo was beautiful and had plenty of space for my husband and I with room for our friends to come over and hang out for cocktails. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that there isn’t a great view. It is in the ground floor so I was not expecting a great view.
My husband and I love going to Vail, CO in the summer for the beautiful scenery and fantastic temperatures!
Our stay at Rich's place was fantastic! He was always quick to respond to our request/question and was very helpful. Excellent!! The place was well equipped with everything we needed.

We spent spring break with our 2 children in this condo. The condo is beautifully furnished, kept well, and has the basics in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, which was very much appreciated because we didn’t need to buy/bring any of those things. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to the Eagle Bahn gondola, restaurants, and shops. The locker to store our skis/snowboard and parking spot made carrying our stuff and going between Vail and Beaver Creek mush more easier. The owner was also very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Vail!

My wife and I were looking for a place to escape the heat in Texas, we found it at this beautifully maintained property. Rich had the most open line of communication we’ve ever had. His suggestions for dining and things to do were spot on. The property was 5 star diamond. The interior was first class from the beautiful accommodating kitchen to the wonderful bedroom with a huge bathroom. The extra bath was a nice touch. The property was steps from the shuttle to anywhere in the village. We will be back to Rich’s place for a relaxing visit. Thanks Rich.
We have been coming to Vail since 2014 & have shifted around to a variety of properties on both sides of the village multiple times per year. This year we had a last minute trip & booked Russ’ first floor unit at Landmark. Wow! It is EXACTLY as represented, extremely clean, quiet, thoughtfully & tastefully renovated. Top quality everything. (The toaster is amazing) Russ provides full size bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers, coffee, filters, salt/pepper, foil, even the oil to cook with. The KING sized bed is super comfortable, plenty of pillows. Russ provides VERY THOROUGH instructions. Check in is a breeze. Keep in mind the unit is in excellent condition because guests must agree to the expectations of staying in his unit. You will be expected to not wear shoes on the beautiful wood floors & must clean up after yourself. You touch it, you clean it. You will receive text reminders about this. If that bothers you, do not rent it. This unit is better suited for 1 couple although it has a nice custom sleeper sofa. 2 fully stocked bathrooms are a bonus. The balcony is decent size. The summer view is limited by a large Aspen tree. In winter there is a nice view but there is a parking lot that gets pretty loud at 7:30 am with deliveries, garbage truck & the bus stop noise right below the balcony. With that said, once the slider is closed you can’t hear a thing, even in the bedroom with the road nearby. Russ is THE perfect host. We highly recommend and will return.
