  • This cozy condo has been newly updated, with all new floors, living room furniture, New stove and Bathroom. It has wireless internet, but most importantly the best views of Vail mountain and Vail village. It is set where you can catch the bus quickly (and get a seat) to the village and ski resort. There is shopping and restaurants close by.
    It is an experience you will remember for a life time.
    There is a designated parking spot, it is large enough for a full size car or small/med SUV. But large trucks and SUV may need to park on street before your pull into parking space.

Place was fine. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is very small. The kitchen sink is tiny. Electrical is a bit weird. You can't use the microwave and electric fireplace at the same time or it trips the breaker. Also, GPS doesn’t take you to the right place. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Conveniently located right on the shuttle stop to the Vail Transit Center. Functional use of space given the fairly small square footage. Updated bathroom. Old building so the ceilings are not sound insulated at all. We could hear the people in the upstairs unit all night long so we had to get ear plugs to fall asleep. The hosts were reasonably responsive and we're thankful for their assistance with check-in.

Amazing location & cozy spot!

Great place

My son and I spent a long weekend skiing at Vail. Perfect place for us. Clean, comfortable and a great kitchen. Easy access to the bus with a 10 min ride to the transportation center by the gondola. Very pleased with our experience.

Spectacular Stay

We had a fantastic visit! Condo was easy to access with shuttle stop right out front. The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and updated. The view was superb! The host was responsive with requests. It worked well for the two of us but wouldn’t recommend a larger group.

Excellent location

Location and views are spectacular!!! I felt like the view was better here than if we were in the village! So easy to ride the bus to the gondola! Family of 4 with 2 teen boys (16 and 13 yrs old) and the beds accommodated us all! It is small but we travel in our RV a lot so we are used to it and this place was perfect for us! Cozy, perfect location, easy getting to/from the village and lifts! Would definitely recommend!

A perfect pow pow ski weekend

Lovely quaint, well decorated and upgraded condo, perfect for a couple. Close to all amenities and the shuttle to the ski hill. No kettle for tea, it was nice to have some Keurig for coffee as a back up. There is nice book to record your memories which we did, however it would have been good to have bus schedule included. Overall, outstanding, we would stay there again!

Couple of stops away from Vail Village! What a gem!

Vicki's place was super clean and the view of the frontside Vail was amazing. Shuttle access was right in front of the unit, four stops away to Vail Village and the house has everything you need!!

Very easy to ski lifts from Sandstone shuttle which picks up right out front on a regular schedule. Cozy and comfortable place with great view and very responsive owner.

Excellent Condo Close to Vail

Condo was very comfortable for two people. The Sandstone bus has a stop out front to take you to the Vail Transportation Center. This condo also is very reasonably stocked with basics in the kitchen. Much appreciated. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has a king size regular bed and a king size pull out that was comfortable for a large adult

Adorable Condo

Place was just as pictured. Super cute and very convenient. I have a midsize Lexus SUV and was able to fit in the parking spot easily. Bus stop was across the street and so convenient! Views of the mountain were great as well. Would definitely stay there again.

GREAT LOCATION GREAT VIEW

This is a very small but cute apartment. It is perfect for a couple and maybe 2 small children. The bus stop is right in front of the project (can see from window). The view is spectacular. I would ask to stay again.

Wonderful location & hosts!

This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo for a ski break in Vail and it was even better than the first. The hosts have made improvements since we stayed three years ago, and the unit maintains its charm. The location and views are wonderful, it is incredibly easy to catch the free Town of Vail bus across the street, and the condo has all the furnishings and amenities you need. Thanks for another wonderful stay! We will be back!!

Great home base for skiing at Vail Condo has everything you need and great place for 2! Convenient to Vail bus service. Only suggestion would be to have Roku pin available for guests to add personal Netflix/paramont +/Apple TV/peacock codes into TV

Very Good Experience

Overall a very good place to stay. Close to the slopes and right across from the shuttle bus stop. Owner was extremely responsive to questions. Very convenient having a washer/drying in the unit, although the clothes dryer needs some maintenance due to the annoying screeching sound it made while running. The dishwasher could use some attention as well. Would like to see a more secure location to store our ski equipment rather than in a common unlocked hallway. Would recommend.

Great Vail Home Base

My son and I stayed here for a ski trip. Close to the mountain and grocery stores. The bus stop is right outside and picks up every 30 minutes. Dryer to dry your gear was nice. This would be a decent place for a family of 4 and you could fit 2 couples in here tightly as long as you’re not spending too much time inside. Free parking at the village after 4 so you can drive in 5 minutes for dinner.

Indeed fantastic views of Vail Mountain, perfect for watching the NYE fireworks. And indeed, very easy commute to the mountain via the bus stop right in front. There were a couple minor issues with aging unit infrastructure, which were totally surmountable and quickly addressed by the host once we messaged them. Sounds like these will be upgraded/ fixed in summer of 2026.

4th of July weekend stay

This was a great stay in a great location. Quick easy drive to Lionshead and the fun summer mountain activities, and able to see the fireworks from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.
