• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks

Host was always available to answer questions. Great location in Lionshead. Condo was very updated and clean. The 2 king beds were very comfortable. The front door was very close to the elevator and ice maker.
The property was as described. The location is excellent, you cannot get any closer to the Eagle Bahn gondola and Born Free Express lift. The condo had everything we needed for our week stay in Vail.
This condo is wonderful. Steps to Eagle Bahn gondola with ski locker on the way. Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with all needed amenities. Covered parking. Restaurants walking distance. Cannot go wrong with a stay here.
We have now stayed in this property twice. The location is terrific. Just wish there was an exercise facility to stretch before and after skiing. We tried the pool this year - not quite warm enough to stay very long and no hot tub.
This unit & building have the best access to the Lionshead lifts that we've experienced (been to Vail many times). It was so easy to exit out the back, grab skiis and boards from the locker, and step onto the snow at the lifts. The unit is nicely appointed and very comfortable. We'll be back!
The location is perfect. We had amazing views of the mountains. The lift was truly steps away. The village was even closer than the lift. The path to get to Vail Village was just outside the door.
The space was as advertised. It was clean. The linens were good. We did not lack anything that we needed.

Very nice stay, we chose this property for the location and were pleased we did. It is well appointed, clean and riddled with family photos.The minor suggestions are to add ice trays, better organize and communicate the directions and access codes, and give some instructions on the heat. We dropped the thermostat as much as possible and opened the windows during the day. The bedrooms still reached 72 overnight with the radiators off.The only big issue is the ski locker was the same as another of the owner's unit. The other renters removed skis from the locker. after much panic we eventually found them. Berkshire advised us to use another locker, and then placed a note on the original locker with the locker and AND THE CODE for everyone to see.
This apartment is grear. Location is perfect, the unit is very well equipped .
We will recommend this apartment to any one and we will definitely rented again. Location is perfect just meters from the lift. Great advantage to have washer and dryer inside the unit.
The condo was very clean, kitchen well equipped. There is garage parking under the building. The ski locker is right outside of garage and lift just a few steps away. The shower stopped draining. The owner had someone come out to fix promptly. Lovely windows with a view of the mountain. There is a beautiful walking path to get to the other areas of the resort.
We had a great experience staying at this property. Location is excellent, layout is nice. Access to slopes, the garage and the Lionshead area is perfect. We will be back!
Wonderful Stay! Fully-equipped, ideally-located, beautifully- appointed unit with ski-in/ski-out capabilities. Quiet, comfortable, tastefully-decorated, and well-managed. Detailed and accurate directions in and out. Responsive property management team. Best of all, everything worked as hoped and expected. TV/internet connection never faltered. The beds were comfortable, the showers/bath easy to operate, and the storage for clothes and equipment more than adequate. Don't tell anyone how much we liked this outstanding apartment so there's room for us again next year. We'll be back! Steve.
