"The whole place needed a major cleaning. Outdoor area was full of weeds. Never had wifi. n. Pool is down a steep embankment. Very dangerous for children and adults. Would never recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Ancora. From the time I booked Antonella (our host) was so engaged and friendly. She met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us great advice on local markets, restaurants and ideas to make the most of our vacation. We enjoyed every aspect of the beautiful property from the cozy beds to the well-appointed kitchen, the stunning view and comfortable pool area. "

"Our family had a great stay at this home. Giacomo was very communicative and the property is exactly as listed. The area is beautiful and there are some pathways that are good to explore with nice weather. The pool in the basement was so great after a day of sight seeing in Florence. "

"We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...
