"I stayed here with a group of friends in and could not have asked for a better experience. From the start of the booking process Lucas and his team were so responsive and kind, always answering my questions promptly and professionally. The house itself was beautiful, clean, had all the amenities we could need throughout the weekend, and the setting was simply perfect. The only thing I would note is that we opted of from swimming off the dock as there was a lot of in-water vegetation surrounding it, but hey, that's a lake for you! They do have plenty of water toys to use and a boat slip if you want to take advantage of the water during your stay. I also wanted to note that although the house is a little "out there" from Austin proper, we had no problem getting Ubers, and popping out to the city for an afternoon or up to Lake Travis for a boat day was a breeze. In summary, we had the best time and would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a lake getaway with their family and friends. 10/10!"

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Hummingbird House while celebrating my son’s 21st birthday. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and bathroom essentials. We loved relaxing on the patio swings, and the paddleboards were a highlight. The location was perfect, tucked away yet close to BOTH Lake Austin and Lake Travis, with restaurants and stores nearby. The host’s helpful tips made everything even easier. This home was exactly what we were hoping for, and we’d definitely stay again!"

"Everything was good.few things like on upper deck screws are not all the way screwed in so you can poke your self in leg. Also at night time we had issue with mosquitoes coming in from the bottom deck like some kind of gap in the door all in the corner. In guest room, some unpleasant odor."
