The hotel itself was nice. Staff was aloof and rude. When asking about parking and dining options in the area, the woman checking me in was indifferent and unhelpful, repeatingly telling me she didn't know. Although I did get two bottles of water for checking in... thanks.

Our hotel stay was good. The only problem we had was the shower. My daughter awakened to shower before checking out and there wasn't any hot water so she had to take a cold shower. Breakfast was good. I didn't like the idea of paying for parking, but I get it. There isn't any free parking downtown. We were there to see the musical Wicked, it was too far to walk...unless you were wearing sneakers, so we had to pay for parking there too. No shade towards the hotel, overall it was a good stay.
