"Great customer service. Desk Clerk was friendly and informative. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We did have someone above us that decided to bowl at 6am, and woke us all up, but other than that it was a great stay and I would stay again on my next visit, just probably would request a second level room."

"We had a great experience, with one exception, which I'll describe later. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I don't know how you train them, but to the person they were gracious caring and friendly. Our standout... TC at the bar. On day 2 of our stay, he recognized us and called out or drinks from the previous. We said we wanted something different, and he created a cocktail for my wife, which she enjoyed thoroughly. We would have had our drinks at the bar upstairs, but it wasn't open. The room was spectacular. Large, clean and decorated well. Nice large shower. Overall the theme was carried out in the art, decor, and furnishings. Coming from a casino state, Nevada, we found having your main restaurant closed during a holiday week, confusing. That is one of the main reasons why we came there, and disappointed by. Ww brought proper clothing wanting to dress up for dinner, and when we found out we couldn't it hit us. We will return... but will have to plan our trip around restaurant hours and not when it's convenient for us. See the problem?"
