Host was very nice. Motel exterior is rough - but it matches the setting of San Andreas, old West motif. The room itself was very clean and up to date. It really was a pleasant stay.

The front desk gentleman was fantastic. Got a room on the 2nd floor which is on the south side of the property and is level with the parking lot. We are on a 2 week camping trip and it was great to be able to park near the room. However the hotel is right on the highway and gets pretty noisy. Also there are a lot of people outside all hours of the night. Now we didnt have any issues but from a safety standpoint it concerned us. All told i believe the ownership is trying to make this a nice place to stay. The room was nice, the shower even better.

Rooms were nicely remodeled period, the shower pressure was great, the bed was terrific period, I would stay here again or trying to stay there weekly once I get a job

The newly remodeled rooms are so nice! The towel art on the bed was such a nice touch! Weve stayed here many times and the new owners have done a great job with this place. Felt like we were in a big city hotel.

Good location... outside of complex is a little run down Rooms very nice and remodeled.. rooms floors dusty. But I would stay again.

The location of this hotel is great for a night during a trip. The bead room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend to the crew to be vigilant about cockroaches, I found one in the bathtub.

It was not great from the outside just kinda basic. But the room was clean and all updated. Had coffee pot with flavored creamer and fridge. Shampoo conditioner and hair dryer. It was great for the price

It’s not the greatest neighborhood but the staff definitely went above and beyond for my visit. The power was out all over the region but they checked me in flawlessly. When the power came back on, I was greeted with a lovely room.

Room was clean in most places. Towels were awful and they only gave 2 and one hand towel. The bed was not comfortable. The shower temperature fluctuates. The people above us were stomping all day and night. Also, there were 2 cockroaches in the room.

This is an older property but my room was nicely remodeled and clean with a good bed. The exterior still looks rundown, but Room 317 was just fine: a decent room at a fair price. The pool is empty and overgrown. If you just want a good night's sleep at a fair price, this works!

I booked 4 rooms for my family for 2 nights. I was getting married in Valley Springs and we needed a place to sleep. There are not many options in the area, so we didn't expect much. This property exceeded our expectations! They made obvious effort to make the guests comfortable and they seemed to be in the middle of upgrading rooms. I loved the free toothbrushes and mini toothpastes. Some rooms have dispensers in the bathroom. They also made cute animals out of the towels. I would recommend this hotel since the owners seem to care about theor business and are trying to improve it.

Everything was fine- as others have stated, the outside looks to be under renovation, but rooms are nice and new. Staff friendly, but on the Orbitz page for the hotel it clearly states that pets are $15/night. They charged me $30. When I realized this, Orbitz called them and they refused to refund, giving some excuse that made not sense (like that was for a different website and the room discount cancels that pet rate). They did not honor the price. Orbitz ended up giving me a coupon, which is great, but I wasted a bunch of time. I chose that hotel based on that pet fee and then they didn't honor it.

5 star review. Here's why. Our room was very clean and looked recently renovated. The room also showcased a very modern Look. Large mini Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee,tea creamer, sugar) 2 bottles of water sitting on long dresser table. There were even 4 live plants in the room. Body wash and conditioner dispensers mounted to shower wall. New plumbing fixtures and matching door/towel bar hardware. Xtra large California King Bed appeared to be brand new, very comfortable and pillows very firm and brand new as well. All towels and rags like new. Shower cap and sewing kit also included. Lots of dresses space for clothing. Twin size pull out bed/couch in sitting area adds to comfort of this large room. The standard rate for this room is less than $100 which is a great value. During checkin, the staff was extremely friendly. All the staff was friendly during the duration of our stay. 5 star rating for this hotel. It is obvious that they make customer comfort a priority. Well done!

The staff were very polite, but that’s where the good stops. The rooms are dated and lacking maintenance. There seemed to be a lot of long term people staying there who were making noise well into the night. We won’t be back there unfortunately.
