His dedication went far beyond what anyone could expect. When I lost a personal object that seemed almost impossible to recover, Daniel did not stop until he found it. His effort, persistence, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a story with a perfect ending. This level of attention and humanity is rare to find and made us feel truly valued as guests. The location was convenient, the staff very friendly and helpful, the price was fair, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the setting was special having been a former sanctuary for game animals. Also, there was an onsite massage spa which was excellent."
