The staff was excellent and helpful. Food was also great. However, the design of the bathroom shower was terrible and make having a shower very difficult. We had water going everywhere and we had limited towels. We kept asking for towels and barely got what we needed.

A sanctuary within a busy large town. Very clean and super helpful Staff. The food, whether breakfast, lunch or supper was delicious and tasty. On the flip side, in areas it was tired and out of 3 different rooms, the shower/ bath combo always wanted to leak. All in all, a very good hotel to rest and recuperate after scaling Mt Kilimanjaro

It is clearly one of the better properties in Arusha. The staff tries very had to please. I appreciated how quicklyt they tried to respond to my requests, e.g. fixing and replacing a broken hot water pot in the unit.

Good location off main road. Beautiful grounds. Clean and comfortable rooms. Service was excellent for the most part. Laundry cost a fortune and housekeeping lost a pair of expensive pants. Air conditioning only minimally worked.

the hotel was nice especially the gardens. The food was good, the service was good, the staff were helpful. The room was a little on the small side, and the tv did not work. There was music playing near the hotel until 3am.I think a little overated for the cost.
