Tarwarri Tiny Summary

Summary:
Welcome to Tarwarri Tiny! The ultimate farm stay NSW getaway where you can escape the mundane routines of urban life and immerse yourself in the slow country atmosphere of the Queanbeyan-Palerang Region. Perched on an elevated location with views of the Yanununbayan Nation Park to the east and the Tindery Range to the south.

A small 15-acre farmland in Urila Valley with stunning mountain vistas, panoramic sunrises, and free-range hens to keep you company.

The Space:
Tarwarri Tiny is a lovely tiny house in the Queanbeyan-Palerang Region of Urila, just 51 minutes drive away from the nearest accommodation in Canberra. Nearby Mount Ainslie Lookout, National Arboretum Canberra, and Googong Dam. And, if you're up for some fresh seafood and waves, Batesman Bay is just 2 hours away.

Recently, we have planted around 150 fruit and nut trees, including many cider apple trees that will be used to produce apple cider in the future. If it is in season, guests are welcome to pick their own fruit from the orchard, consisting of apple, apricot, peach, nectarine, mulberry, hazelnut, and cherry trees.

A comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages when using solar power.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS: Fire permission will be granted at the discretion of the host. Due to our elevated location, it is sometimes difficult to have a safe fire, even when a total ban is not in effect/active.

Tarwarri Tiny sits in a rural locality in the Queanbeyan-Palerang Region of Urila, just 51 minutes drive away from the nearest accommodation in Canberra. And, if you're up for some fresh seafood and catching waves, Batesman Bay is just 2 hours away.
