"Richard has been the most accommodating and friendliest host I’ve experienced in a long time. The property was in incredible condition when checking in. All the amenities were described as per listing and fantastic. Richard even went to the extent of providing a full bottle of milk and a bottle of wine upon check in. "Avoid this place at all costs Firstly, there is no mobile phone reception, which makes communication extremely difficult and inconvenient. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We had someone staying there from the 4th of March until the 10th, but after one night where he was slightly loud, they asked him to leave on the second day. At the time, we were clearly promised a refund once he checked out. After he left, they completely changed their story and refused to provide the refund they had promised. This kind of behaviour is dishonest and very disappointing. Poor communication, rude staff, and broken promises. I strongly recommend people stay away and book somewhere else. "
