"The staff on-site were very friendly and always helpful. The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped, and staff let us know that there were additional shared culinary amenities in the available shared kitchen in the basement. The furnishings were very contemporary and clean, and the only feedback we'd have was that the beds were a little too soft with lacking support."

"Checked into our room to realize our toilet wouldn’t flush. Notified staff who informed us they would have it fixed before we returned for the night. It was never fixed, we were forced to use their public washroom. Awful. Spa under construction, pool dirty, beds hard as a rock, out-dated. A super 8 would have been better. Not as advertised that’s for sure."

"Excellent pour les enfants. Plusieurs activités. Cependant ma chambre était désuète et pas des mieux entretenue. 2 lits escamotable et il était indiqué qu'on devait appeler la réception pour les relever. Plancher usé, grilles d'aération sale. 4 étoiles mais extra de 11.50 plus taxes pour un peignoir. Nous avions séjourné au Palace Royal de la même chaîne et c'était compris. Tapis sales. Mitigé. La satisfaction dépend des attentes"

"Our room was dirty when we go in but we came early at the hotel if we can check in early and staff told us to wait till our check in time ( 4pm ) as they will clean the room and check 1st before we can check in. But unfortunately we were disappointed as the room was dusty, and the utilities that we can use ( Kleenex ) was not filled up and No water bottle to drink. I won’t recommend this hotel to the other tourist if they’re planning to go visit Quebec someday. Poor for cleanliness 😵‍💫"
