"The staff were so attentive and friendly. I went with my 89 year old mother and they all made her feel so special. The breakfast buffet was excellent while enjoying the amazing views."

"Room was good. Gym is very basic. Gym availability only after 7AM. Pool hours are not great for early risers."

"The hotel is a maze and not easy to navigate. Not only did we have a difficult time finding our room, but I saw that many of the guests were feeling the same way. It was outdated and the room seemed old and not very clean. The bedding on the kids bed was old and looked dirty and the pull out bed was nearly broken. The fun club for the kids had old broken toys. "
