"The problem began before we arrived with very poor communication. Responses to inquiries sounded suspiciously like AI. We were not given check-in details until a couple of hours before arrival, so that, combined with the AI sounding correspondence, we feared that we had been scammed. We were not told how to find the apartment in the building, or what number it was. It required an exasperated call after a long frustrating day of travel to be able to enter our rental.The apartment is adequate,...

"The amenities and location were nice for being close to Key Largo. There is a small park that faces the Atlantic side which is a 1 minute walk from the apartment. "

"Resort was very good. However, my unit had roaches in the dresser's drawers and one of the bathroom's toilet was very dirty.I requested a change of the unit, which they did. No roaches, bathrooms were cleaned but bedding smell bad. We requested mgmt to bring us other sets which they did after a while."
