"The location was good and close to downtown. The staff was very friendly but the property is somewhat run down. The elevators were broken our entire stay requiring us to climb seven flights of stairs everytime we left or returned to our room. Television didn't work properly. After several failed attempts to reach anyone at the front desk had to walk down the seven flights of stairs to request someone to repair it."

"Be aware if you travel with kids or teens, they can't go into casino at ALL, not even to restaurants. Which if there were options in the hotel it would be okay, but only restaurant is a high end steak house. Adults had to walk into casino to get pizza, chicken strips etc, and walk it back to hotel, then return to gamble/eat. Worked out, but not as easy as I'd expected. "

"We had a pull out bed in our room. It was in-made so we ask front desk to please send bedding and make the pull out bed for our child. They dropped off sheets while we were at dinner. And did NOT make the bed. I’ve never been to a hotel where I had to make my own bed?! Hallways are very dirty. Shower door in 924 stays wide open as it’s broken. Find somewhere else to stay if you can. "

"This house had everything you could possibly need. It was stocked for comfort, complete with snacks as well and had plenty of extras that made it feel like a real treat to get to be there. The host was immediately responsive and we actually asked to extend our stay an extra night because the location was perfect for the Dome and The Wrestling State Tournament. We decided to be in no rush to get home because it was the perfect space for family time. I would definitely recommend and will be back for sure! "

"I chose this hotel mainly for its location, but overall the stay was disappointing. The air conditioning made a constant whirring noise whenever it was on, which made it hard to relax. The pillows were flat and flimsy, and the provided toiletries were empty upon arrival. Even the microwave was unusually loud when in use. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well soundproofed—we could clearly hear our neighbors arguing through the walls. I expected a higher standard of comfort and quality for the price and brand reputation, but this stay did not meet those expectations. "
