The check in process was a nightmare. We arrived at 11:30 at night and had to wait for over an hour to check in because the "convienient" self check in would not print room keys. Then there were only 2 staff members there to assist over 30 guests. I was checking in with a family of 5 and it was just terrible.

The room was ok, but the bathroom needed some repair. There was a hole in the shower, the toilet had a crack down the base and the cabinet had quite a bit of damage. I did however like the location on the strip and how close it was to so many places to eat.

The room was spotless, the staff was very friendly, the facility overall was great 8-10 minutes walk to Las Vegas strip, the only one thing was lacking in the room was shower robe.
