Very Professional staff Lucia and Williams at front desk were the best at check in, they really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best view and experience in our stay at this hotel, and the best part they had a great attitude and great smile at all times. "Great location. The hotel is located very close to Puerta del Sol and all the shops and restaurants, but not so close that it was loud outside the open window. The lobby had a lot of stairs incorporated into the design, so not ideal for differently abled or immobile guests, but the design was beautiful and modern. The room was spotless. The front desk staff were friendly but lacked warmth. I didn't feel especially welcomed. The bellman were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite nice with multiple delicious options on a large buffet, and reasonably priced. The room design and amenities were quite nice and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The shower had nice water pressure."

"Lovely hotel, great room and staff. Breakfast was superb every day. My only gripe was it can be quite noisy. We were at the front if the hotel, the windows cut out a lot, but could still hear traffic and people outside and busy times (it was a busy time ) and we could also hear people in the next room at times. Tea facilities in the room would have been nice also. Other than that, location is excellent."
