I saw previous reviews that said it was difficult to cross the street, but that is a reality of Egypt (its simply a different way of crossing the road). The staff are super helpful, the location feels safe to me and I often go out for takeaway nearby. I'll single out Khaled and Dina from the restaurant for making my stay a pleasure.
