Worth the money and very nice staff Staff were amazing. Very friendly and we’re always happy to help. They provided a breakfast every morning which is brought to your room and the room was spacious and clean. Value for money I would say 10/10.

recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Egypt, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. What I liked: The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. Happy to recommend;Excellent and can’t fault it in any way. Overwhelmingly helpful staff - especially appreciated being taken to the train by Youssef at 5.30 in the morning and, also, being provided with a full breakfast at that time. Nothing was too much trouble - good communications including Airport pick-up, free maps and a lovely welcome drink. Great value; great central location for Cairo - a few minutes from metro; booked my Alexandria rail tickets; very good and good-value restaurant recommended by them close by; Very nice breakfast.

The staff at Crown Hotel went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, and the staff allowed us to use a different room to freshen up and use the bathroom. We left our luggage at the hotel during the day before our room was ready. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, with many small touches. There is even a small balcony off of the rooms.There was a fridge and the staff gave us waters upon arrival. In a sea of questionable reviews and false advertising for Cairo Hotels, Crown Hotel did provide a great service for a great value. The rooms were per the description and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

Muy bien localizado en el centro. es parte de un edificio donde hay oficinas y fabrican cosas puede parecer medio agresivo cuando llegas la calle es obscura pero por nada te angusties esta muy bien, cerca de restaurantes y mc donalds o kentuky o comida local tiendita en la esquina es muy seguro aunque no parezca. Joshua el dueño y su esposa son amabilisimos deja que se encarguen de tustraslados desde el aeropuerto y que te compren tu chip del telefono no batalles en el aeropuerto. es muy barato, y estas muy cerca de lo basico del cairo. zona centro. Renta un chofer con auto todo el dia por unos e 100 y que te lleve a todos lados no necesitas guia lee en el telefono antes de llegar que es que hay y ya. que ellos te cambien tus dolares o euros son muy honestos confiables. 1er dia Museo Civilizacion momias+Mezquita alabastro+ Hassan para fotos+ Bazar Khalili 2o. dia Memphis y Sakkara y piramides Guiza 3o dia Todo el dia nuevo museo egipcio no batallen.
