"The room at the Four Seasons Giza was wonderful - well-maintained, fantastic bedding, and broadly up to the standard expected of the Four Seasons. However, the factor that remained memorable from our stay was the concierge Salemah. She was outstanding. Like the very best concierges around the world, her brand of anticipatory and proactive service delivered in a warm, friendly, guest-focused way distinguished herself and the Four Seasons. She did not wait to be asked for help - she sought out how she could find solutions to an issue we were having (an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and that she had no obligation to assist with) and leveraged her capabilities to find ways to help us. She was a credit to herself and to the brand. "
"The Sofitel is perfectly located in the heart of the city adjacent to the Nile. The entertainment is such that you don't have to leave your hotel if you choose not too. The views of the Nile and sunset are perfect from the 3rd floor. The sunken tub is a dream after a long day of exploring the city. I would highly recommend and will stay here again."
"We had an upgrade to executive suites, with breakfast and dinner inclusive.
Room cleaning was done regularly. The female head of the executive suites was ver polite and supportive. "
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it for its excellent service and central location. The staff is incredibly helpful and always available when you need assistance. However, I suggest adding more front desk staff to streamline the check-in process, as it took over an hour, which was inconvenient after a tiring day of travel.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic, priced at around $20 per adult, and offers a great variety. A special shout-out to Samah Zaki in the breakfast area—she greeted us with a warm, charming smile, helped us find seating, and ensured we were well taken care of. Her kindness, humor, and caring nature truly brightened our mornings, and my wife adored her. Samah deserves a promotion for her outstanding service!
The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to taxis and Uber, making it ideal for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable, though minor maintenance issues, like a faulty water kettle and a burnt-out bathroom light, needed attention. The staff promptly resolved both issues, which we appreciated. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
