"Lovely staff. Great food in the area easy walking to subway and tourist sites. No breakfast at the hotel but nice local breakfast a few shops down. Slight smell of tobacco in the hallways room is very clean. Bed is on the harder side. "

"I forgot to clean the room, but they responded immediately. I think it's good that you are very kind. It was very inconvenient that the taxi didn't go to the front of the hotel in the back of the narrow alley."

"We booked rooms at the Beijing Hotel because we remembered it from 40+ years ago, when it was Beijing's premier hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is now a shadow of its former self. The occupancy rate at the hotel seemed very low. We were told that heat would only be provided after 11/15. Our rooms were in need of renovation. The food in hotel restaurants was poor, and the restaurants wouldn't allow us to charge meals to our room or pay by foreign credit card. On the plus side, the location...
