"The host and family are genuinely friendly and helpful. The home is in a tucked in nice and safe newer neighborhood. Due to the location you are car dependant - located about 1 hr north of DFW airport. You can take walks outside if the weather allows. The interior of the rented space is upsatirs, spacious and minimalistic. Beds & pillows are comfortable, with a lg bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a TV room (Netflix and more). Linens, towels, tp and soap were provided to us. The kitchen, one separate fridge, and laundry room downstairs are shared them with guests.Our needs were met and we were comfortable, thus we will return whenever we are in the area, mostly because the owners treated us like friends."

"This was a GREAT place to stay. We had plenty of room to spread out in. The kitchen had everything you needed. The house was nice and clean. We were washing towels a lot so that would have been helpful to have more bath towels but other than that it was really an awesome house to stay at. Thanks so ,much"

"This home was perfect for our big group. We did bring plastic cups, plates, towels, and beach towels. They do have these things but we just wanted to be sure to had plenty. Property owner was very responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed."

"Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable sitting areas and sleeping quarters. Kitchen has everything you need, and host left complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. As we are older, adult, I am very aware of things that can affect older adults. There are no stairs to go up, but it was necessary to get out and unchain the gate to get into the property and rechain. Moderately heavy chain. Very doable though for any except extremely frail or elderly. Also, it could be noted that this a guest house next door to the owners. Not a problem at all, but not mentioned in the description. There is a beautiful deck that overlooks a lake on another property, would be a great place to have a cup of coffee in the mornings or evenings. Heather was most gracious and prompt in response to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. "
