"Terrible experience…..no working AC and no solution to fix forcing us to have to find new accommodations on a holiday and graduation weekend. We ended up paying almost double due to most places being booked or having higher rates due to the holiday. The owner was out of town and they refused to authorize fixing the AC. When we arrived the house was 77 degrees and the AC outage had been known for at least a few days per the neighbor (the neighbor was there putting in a new washer into our rental when we arrived). We ask for fans or portable AC and neither were supplied. On top of the air issue the king mattresses are terrible. The are very thin and just 2 twins pushed together. The single bed with a trundle that is advertised is no longer there and was replaced by a small sleep sofa with what can only be described as a box spring type mattress. Is was usable making my mom have to sleep scrunched up on the small couch. The bar stool by the island was so wobbly that had we tired to someone would have gotten very hurt. The upstairs bathroom and paint peeling away an above the shower. The photos also make the yard look much larger than it actually is. Also several rooms didn’t have working lights. Overall a terrible experience and there are many better options in that price range. Worst part was having to suffer through a miserable night because the AC person didn’t get done figuring out the issue until after 10pm. We ended up in a hotel rather than a house"

"We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again."

"Wrote a review and it vanished.. trying again in less words. Hosts were phenomenal. Had everything we didn’t even know we’d need. Place was beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a more quiet and beautiful nature spot. The water is fairly secluded and in our 4 nights, we only actually saw 2 people on the water. It’s absolutely stunning here. The outdoor area is phenomenal, like a fairy tale at sundown. We ate dinner outside and watched the sunset daily (prepare for mosquitos!). Extended our stay an extra night because we weren’t ready to leave the peace. Our dog loved his time there as well, and loved going into the water directly. He’s an anxious one, but he was sooooo relaxed here. We look forward to returning to enjoy the peace and nature again. Thank you to the most wonderful and kind hosts, who went out of their way to make it just a little extra special for us!**don’t forget to enjoy the amazing tub and double shower!"
