"Great room and staff"

"The room was clean and looked like the photos. The reception staff was pleasant. It was very quiet considering it’s in University City on Chestnut. I did not use the kitchen it it appeared to be stocked as listed. Free hot water/teabags/coffee/creamer etc in the lobby. I did use the washer/dryer and they worked perfectly. In the city to visit daughter and I’d definitely stay there again."

"The staff is amazing here and work hard to make everyone feel happy and comfortable. As happens when a place is lived in after awhile though, things start to get wear and tear and build up some dirt. Typical hotel slight dirtiness & wear in the rooms, not as pristine as when it was first opened."

We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round"
