"Very satisfied. The hotel is well located, and includes transportation to diferrent areas. In my opinion, the breakfast has a wide and excellent variety, and it alternates. Staff are friendly, and the hotel lobby smells good. The hotel and its areas are clean. My room was not big, but it was clean and comfortable, and was cleaned daily. 10/10."

"Check in was quick and our suitcases were held for us until our room was available. The room was amazing, clean and very spacious!
Breakfast selection and quality was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel.
And we recommend booking sightseeing tours with Kashan at Best Way Trips located in the lobby. We were able to see and visit so many amazing places in our 2 day stay before our cruises. "

"Home away from home. Love dubai and love staying at this eco friendly hotel situated at a walking distance from a big mall that’s only 5mins walk. And it’s 10mins of less from the airport with hourly shuttle from the hotel. "

"The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and supportive. Clean, great access to pool and beach and transportation to multiple beach clubs all from the hotel provided.
We were on our honeymoon and we had VIP access booked, but we did not receive any of these benefits and we asked the reception for any sort of upgrades for honeymoon, we unfortunately didn’t get any room upgrades.
Besides that, the overall experience was incredible and we had a great time at the...

"An absolutely amazing stay at the Taj on the palm. A really beautiful hotel - staff are outstanding - food was excellent and a great games room and pool for the kids! The hotel smells incredible - you literally won’t want to leave. Spa is also very very nice - had a scrub and massage which was wonderful. So many good choices in the buffet and the staff will do their best to accommodate dietary needs. Always asking! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special! We will be back! "
