Beautiful day at this hotel. Rooms were large and beautiful. Location was close to station and Shinbaiahi shopping street. Staff were wonderful. Special thanks to David at reception who helped with luggage forwarding, booking appointments and making phone calls to confirm opening hours for facilities we needed. Treat yourself and sty here!

Stayed for 3 nights and found it to be an absolutely excellent place to stay. Would recommend.

Clean room ,spacious close to nightlife

I have a deep empression on R&B customer service, including soft and hard equipment/devices. I would like to thank Aryaka and Hariguchi's help on the first day when I arrived at the hotel. I will introduce this hotel to my friends if they visit Osaka.

Surprised at just how nice and aesthetically pleasing this hotel was. The price was affordable, breakfast was delicious and staff was very welcoming. The amenities were also clean and tidy.

We stayed at this hotel for the final 2 nights of our trip before returning to Australia and we absolutely loved it. The facilities were fantastic, very clean and well looked after. The service was excellent and the room was huge, clean and very well equipped. I have to mention the food, oh my goodness the food was incredible! There was so much to chose from and you could go back as many times as you liked. Yes it is buffet style but as with a lot of places in Japan there were also some chef...

The room and bathroom were the largest we experienced in our trip to Japan. The bed was comfortable and there was even a spa bath in the bathroom. Although it is a 'love hotel', there was nothing sleazy about the hotel, location or staff. It was a great location for places to eat. We would recommend this hotel.

Amazing everything was perfect

Fantastic location being a 2 minute walk to the city loop train line. Very clean room, hotel staff were very friendly. Would certainly stay here again if I am in Osaka.

This place was great! The room was huge and nice with massage chair and other amenities. The shower with bathtub was really nice and comfy. The whole experience was worthy and the location easy to access from different stations.

Nice little Ryokan. We had a room with private onsen and its spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful.
