"the room was just like a apartment, divided bedroom and bathroom area. I liked that but bathtub was too old so I couldn't use it. location was nearby te train station but not major city side, so not convenient than I thought. "

"Great onsen - just the hot springs are worth staying there. The hotel itself is slightly outdated and may need some touch up work, but it looks very traditional and very clean. They won't let you into the hotel without taking your shoes and providing sleepers (which are too small for one of us). Everyone in the hotel is extremely polite."

"What a lovely gem of an hotel. The great young team are eager to help, the vibe is really relaxed and the coffee shop, free flow drinks, lounge and tasty breakfasts were outstanding. Great value for money too. The rooms are simple and yet comfy and whilst mine didn't have a shower or bath (which I knew in advance) the onsen upstairs and as quiet, luxurious and even had a sauna! Would definitely stay here again."
