Very clean and quiet but no bickies to go with your coffee! Maybe a small carton of milk instead of those little milk things and more caffeinated coffee instead of decaffeinated! All in all we will be back! :)

Our stay was wonderful. All staff were friendly and willing to help. Our room was spacious and well made. But the best part of our stay was the scrumptious breakfast served daily in the downstairs cafe.

and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. It was only by accident that I booked the Novotel on Darling Square however I’m so glad I did. The Hotel was fantastic and staff accomodated my needs without hesitation. The room was spacious for three adults and very clean and comfortable. The location was so central to Sydney CBD and within walking distance to the trams. I will definitely be returning to this particular hotel in the future. I would totally recommend the Novotel on Darling Square.
