Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel staff is very kind at this hotel. However the property itself is not so good. The rooms are not very clean, also the sheets & towels are dingy. I would not stay here again. The breakfast is good and the location is good. The WiFi in the rooms is also bad. If you don’t really care about the room the price is right here. Just bring a long sleeve shirt and pants to sleep in.

Bedwantsen in de kamer

In eerste instantie ziet het hotel er netjes uit, ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel standaard iets wat achterhaalde badkamer, totdat je wakker word en onder de rode bulten van bedwantsen zit na wat onderzoek ook de karkassen gevonden onder het bed en bloedvlekjes in het bed te vies voor woorden. Op het moment dat er een oplossing moet worden gevonden geeft het hotel niet thuis en word je van de kast naar de muur gestuurd. Met als optie een andere wel betere kamer uiteraard was dit in geval van bedwantsen geen optie en ben ik eerder weggegaan. In eerste instantie lijkt het een mooi hotel maar wakker worden met een rug vol rode bultjes is echt walgelijk en net professioneel hoe er dan word gehandeld. Niet tevreden over dit verblijf.

Really nice hotel direct in city center, but quiet

The hotel is directly in monkey forest street so you can walk everywhere. It is in a backyard, so you don't really hear the noice coming from the street. The staff was super friendly and the rooms really nice and clean. If you take a superior room on the second floor you have a really nice view. And if it was a busy day you can relax at the pool and even get towels. We would definitely come back!!!

Compared to other hotels in the same price range in Ubud, this hotel was a bit dirty and in poor condition. Especially the bathroom. Roosters in a chicken farm next to the hotel kept waking me up at 5 am in the morning. The service was good and the location was quite good as well.

Nuestro lugar en Ubud.

Excelente experiencia. El personal siempre muy atento a resolver cualquier inconveniente y a hacerte sentir como en casa. Zona muy pintoresca y cerca de todo. Pese que hay muchos bares cerca no se escucha ruido de noche en la habitacion.

Rooms not clean and very smelly . We changed the room after our first night but the room upstairs was as bad as the other one . Poor management

Stayed for 4 nights when I arrived in Ubud for Yoga. Area a little busy for me and moved closer to the Yoga Barn, hover is a good central location,

Room was ok although lots of mosquitos on arrival. Staff brought spray which worked well. Decided not to have room cleaned next day so as to keep bugs out. Good wifi. Quiet. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very basic.

Clean and soo friendly staff

Service at the hotel was perfect, so friendly staff!! Breakfast was good, you need to order the night before what you wanna have for breakfast. Only minus the AC didn't work properly and It didn't work to turn of the shower sometimes. Otherwise queit and nice hotelarea.

central tranquillity

right in the muddle of jalan monkey forest walking distance to all central ubud attractions but set back from road so quiet in hotel. Clean with friendly staff. Basic breakfast included. Perfect for a cheap central stay.

Booked a double bed,not available.Agreed trove us next day.We had to move our own luggage! Really!.Dirty glasses and uncleared bin in bathroom.Beds so bad that turning over woke my partner.Breakfast very limited.Did I mention gardening party starts at 06.10. Impossible to sleep in.Avoid this place
