I liked that private pool and the bed mosquito netting. However there were many bugs and some may enjoy this however we did not. There was one day where there was a big cockroach or beetle in our room. The staff was very friendly but did not speak English that great so was hard to communicate effectively .

I love this villa, its really suitable for family vacation. I booked 2 bedroom private pool villa and this one is the best villa so far. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is great with beautiful big garden. Will stay here next time when we go to Ubud!

Traditional Balinese style

If you want to stay in a quite traditional Balinese style villa this is for you. Staff excellent and shuttle into town great. Even get a mobile to ring them when ready for pick up.

一泊だけでしたがとても素敵な時間が過ごせました。 Hotelの方に頼んでバーベキューセットを借りてお庭でできました プールも広くて綺麗で楽しめました ただ夜に３部屋同時にbathを使用した為かお湯が途中から出なくなってしまいました 朝には出るようになってました とにかくお部屋が広くて快適でした

A Disaster. The photos online misleading

This was a major disappointment and very different from what the photos display, they have to have been photoshopped or taken10 years ago. The location is very isolated up many dark alleys without lighting . The hotel had a shuttle but you can only access it free once daily then you pay. The pool was pleasant although we spotted a couple of rats running across the lawn. We had rain the day we were there and the lawn area and stepping stones were under water 15cm. The Villa was filthy. Stained floors, old dirty cupboards. The sink was black with grime and mould. The roof leaked in bathroom and bedroom resulting in slippery floor. The toilet leaked on floor in second bathroom and neither toilets were fixed to the floor so rocked when you sat on them. The walls had dirty marks of some animal soiling and paint pealing . The filtered water cooler was leaking and the fridge and its cord sat in a pool of water. I have multiple pictures I will be sending through to Expedia. We paid for 4 night and could only tolerate 1. This 2 bedroom villa was very misleading and falsely advertised. Do Not, I repeat DO NOT stay here.

Extremely charming villa. Very affordable.

It has 3 master bedrooms! The spacious yard is fenced in, very pleasantly landscaped. Private pool with natural spring water running all day except at night for quietness.

깨끗한 편이고 아침식사 서비스도 좋음. 수영장 주변에 식물이 그늘져 추워서 잘 사용하지 못했음. 우붓센터까지 거리가 있지만 셔틀버스 서비스가 좋아서 크게 문제되지 않음.

Good price for the private plunge pool

We booked a 1 bedroom villa and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa. The villa grounds were quite spacious and the private plunge pool was the very best part of this booking! The accommodations themselves were a bit outdated and not as clean but for the price we paid, it was expected. You get a free shuttle drop off and pick up once a day (within 5 km) which we used on both days we were there. They provide you with a cell phone so you can call them directly when you're ready to get picked up. We ordered room service once (a pool snack of pizza and beers) which took an hour to receive however, the pizza was crispy and worth the wait. I would recommend this place for families with a budget! the A/C broke on our last night which was a little frustrating however, it was so late in the evening and we didn't want to wake up the staff as we were leaving so early in the morning.

門があるVilla

門がありその中は完全にプライベートな空間です。 空きがそれしかなかったので2人で2ベッドルームの部屋を予約しましたが快適に過ごせました。 とても大きなバスタブを熱いお湯で満たすことができなかったのだけが残念でした。1日目にクレーム入れたのですが2日目も途中でお湯の温度が下がってしまいました。 シャトルサービスは携帯をもって電話すれば迎えにきてくれるなど市街から離れた場所でも問題なっかたです。 ゆっくりしたい方にはおすすめです。

This hotel was great .. That's our very first time to travel to Bali .. And we strongly recommend this destination if your seeking privacy and entertaining.. You can ask the guys over there to arrange your trips and tours .. They will give you good prices .. The guy named WAYAN , he is like the manager over there and he's seeking customer satisfaction .. They drop u to city center in the morning and come back to take u again at night for free !!! Yes we didn't believe that too when our friend went there for his honeymoon too .. In short words .. Private villa hotel was great .. GO THERE .. GO THERE GO THERE GO THERE .. And use your private clean pool ;)

Awesome Villa with a Reasonable Price

It was one of our great stays in Bali. The location of the villa itself is a bit far from the Ubud centre, however free shuttle bus is available (we didnt use their service though). The pool is not that big but it is good enough for us. We had so much fun playing in the pool. The room is spacious with the shower over bathtub, tv, dvd player, outdoor shower, and kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stayed at this villa. The mobile was given to contact one of the friendly staff who gonna look after you and your villa. You will be able to relax in quiet atmosphere at this villa. The food here is of the good price. But when they were served to us, they were a bit cold. Big breakfast was provided but would be great if we are able to choose what we want to have.

Avoid the crowd

A good spot to stay to avoid the crowds of Ubud. Very good for families; private and relaxing. Staff are excellent; unobtrusive. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Shuttle service to Ubud is provided- a 10 minute drive. Private pool was lovely.

Sehr saubere villa mit sehr freundlichem personal, jedoch gut 10 fahrminuten vom zentrum von ubud entfernt.man wird aber jederzeit kostenlos ins zentrum oder zum nächsten laden gefahren.rund ums hotel keine infrastruktur,wenn man das schön eigerichtete zimmer (wir hatten die 1-bedroom villa) und den privaten pool geniessen will,ist die lage aber vernachlässigbar.

また泊まりたい、素晴らしいヴィラ！

バリ島には何回か遊びに行っていて、いろんなヴィラに泊まりましたがその中でもココア・ヴィラが1位でした。 まず褒めるべき所は清潔な所です。新しいヴィラなので新しいのは当然かと思うかもしれませんが、チェックイン直前に床を拭いてあり気持ちよくチェックインできました。そして洗面台や蛇口がきれいに清掃されていました。このままキープされることを願います。 そして、スタッフがみんなフレンドリーで気持ち良く宿泊することができました。娘が誕生日なのを話したら夜手作りのバースデーケーキをサプライズでプレゼントしてくれました。とてもうれしい心使いでした。夜街からヴィラへ戻ると各部屋にはベープが、リビングには蚊取り線香がたかれていてモスキート対策がバッチリでした。 ウブドの街からは少し（車で10分位）離れているので便利さを求める方には若干遠いかもしれませんが、私たちはウブドの自然な感じを味わいたかったので最高の環境でした。ヴィラから歩きでどこかに行くことは難しいと思いますが、1日/往復の無料送迎サービスがあったので助かりました。 また機会があれば泊まりので、料金が上がってしまわないことを祈ります。
