"I had a reservation for a room with two double beds. Upon arrival I was told there's none available. What's the point of a reservation? The room they put us in had a broken toilet that was leaking across the floor. Moved us to another room that was quote" and upgrade. It was absolutely filthy in the TV. Didn't work.
