"Everything was fine except for the bedding. All the pillows smelled like body odor bad. I can’t figure out how the cleaner didn’t smell them when changing the bedding. I didn’t use them and their systems were down soo their phone wasn’t working to call the desk. Everything else was fine."

When we check-in for 2 night stay they gave us room #165 which it was ok at 1st.. then by 12am there was a wholllllllllllllllle car gathering/car party outside our window.. causing us to have no comfort nor privacy (like someone else is in the room with you.) We complained to the front desk & he said he gonna talk to them to keep it down and OF COURSE that was a fail.. So he finally switched us to the another room. Which we had to move all our stuff and relocated at 110am, when we should've been sleeping comfortably. 2nd room was #179 bathroom vent was broken and caused a very loud noises..PLUS the heat in the room dont work.. which it was a winter storm outdide!! & we didnt know until i woke up sick with a sore throat smh!! Then in the morning i complained to the front desk AGAIN!!!!! And he switched us to another room & we had to move our stuff and relocate again!!! 3rd room is #243 which was judt alright to wrap up the rest og our stay. But at this point we had 0 satisfaction of this stay smh. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! "
