1. Sheltered walkway to MRT station.
2. Quite a number of shops at below, also have 7-eleven cafe too.
What I dislike
1. The windows are faulty, unable to close and lock.
2. Water dripping at below basin.
3. Could not adjust the volume of TV. The smart TV do not have youtube.
4. Both the air-con are not cold.

The kitchen cloth was super dirty and also the dish sponge. The night before I check out I texted the incharge person said that to meet up at 9 am the next day. BUT, the next day I keep calling and texted, nobody replied and answered. I was supposed to return the key and take back my deposit. After 1 hour and 30 minutes keep calling then they answered...

・洗濯機が乾燥機付き且つ容量も多めで使い勝手が良い。
・テレビがでかい。
・ソファベッドがある。

・デポジット300RMが必要との話を到着日に聞いた。（返金手段無く結局支払わずに済んだが）
・窓の外に金網が一面あるため、夜景が見づらい。

"It's basic but it works and is pleasant enough. Next to the freeway which is noisy, but I slept fine.
You can walk on foot to or from the TBS station (buses, metro, KLIA express). From the hotel you have to cross just north east of the Shell petrol station. From the other side you go through the 2nd floor of the KK building. It's not hard to figure out, you can get on foot through the freeway."
