"The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which has plenty of shops, choice of restaurants, a grocery/supermarket, foreign exchange and parking facilities. Staff were fantastic, respectful, helpful and very kind. Customer Service Manager Vivien was very helpful, as were all other staff. Best location to stay as only 20 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur and easy reach to other points of interest. Grab Taxi's are also very cheap to use from this point. "I had stayed here few times already. Always coming back for its comfy bed, more than enough condiments and toiletries. "

"It's not a luxury stay but an run-down loft unit. Incomplete amenities, e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, water filter even though feedback to the host, nothing was done. Cleanliness is not up to par and the unit condition is not well maintained. Ended up checking out and book another hotel."

"良かった点 ・清潔 ・whatsupによる返信が早い ・電源のOAタップがあった。 ・壁が厚いのか、たまたま静かな人たちしかいなかったのか、周囲の部屋から全く音が響いてこなかった。別のコンドミニアムでは、この点がひどかったので。 ・ミディアムサイズのワイングラスがあった。 ・洗濯機が乾燥機付き且つ容量も多めで使い勝手が良い。 ・テレビがでかい。 ・ソファベッドがある。 悪かった点 ・デポジット300RMが必要との話を到着日に聞いた。（返金手段無く結局支払わずに済んだが） ・窓の外に金網が一面あるため、夜景が見づらい。 ・プールの使用可能時間をどこかに書いておいて欲しい。（whatsupで確認したが、間違っていた） ・物を置ける台が極端に少ない。スマホの充電にはアイロン台を流用。せめてベッド脇に小さなテーブルなど台が欲しい。 ・ライトがいくつか使えない状態だった。 ・カトラリーにナイフが無い。 ・とあるベッドのカバーが所々色褪せて汚く見えた。洗ってはいるのだろうが、到着して見た際にガッカリする。 ・フェイスタオルがないとのことだったが、あっても良いと思う。 "

"First of all we've been waiting an hour just to get the key and end up the room card cant access. Arrange change to another room at another floor but rooms are not clean. Strong odor left from previous tenant and the bedsheet are not well organise. Call and message for help but didn't reply and no responses at all. Hairdryer and toilet roll not provided as stated. "The room was dirty with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the hot water service did not work properly, the bedroom air conditioning did not work properly, room was in severe need of maintenance. The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place."
