"First of all we've been waiting an hour just to get the key and end up the room card cant access. Arrange change to another room at another floor but rooms are not clean. Strong odor left from previous tenant and the bedsheet are not well organise. Call and message for help but didn't reply and no responses at all. Hairdryer and toilet roll not provided as stated. Next day only reply out of stock when we almost need to check out. Honestly, i wont be back for this owner property as services very...

"The room was dirty with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the hot water service did not work properly, the bedroom air conditioning did not work properly, room was in severe need of maintenance. The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place."
