Located at Mid Beach. 20 minute drive to historic Savannah. 15 minute drive to Oatland Island Animal exhibit. Tybee Island has allot to offer, including a Lighthouse with amazing views, pier and pavilion for fishing, 7 miles of beach, fishing and dolphin excursions, bike trails, holiday parades, shopping and great Restaurants. The townhouse is Walking distance to restaurants, park with tennis and beach. Views of the ocean from both decks. Two master bedrooms, full kitchen, 3 story, open floor plan, 3 full baths, across the street from the beach. This townhouse has everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation. Rent bikes or bring your own and store them in the garage. We now have Beach point villa E available it sleeps 6, so now you can rent side by side units.

Amazing location. Lots of space. Could use a few minor updates in terms of appliance, tv, etc. But it did rain when we were there, probably wouldn't have noticed these things otherwise!
The house was perfect for my family of 4 and my brothers family of 4. It was clean- quiet and right next to a gas station- restaurant- ice cream shop & across from the beach. Check in and out was quick. House was equipped with everything we needed to make quick meals. We will definitely book again!!
We were able to find this place just before the 4th of July. Price was reasonable and had enough room for us. Check in and out was super easy and the office was nearby. Our unit had a great view of the easternmost point anchor of ga. The walk to the beach was easy, down the alley and across the street to 2nd Ave beach access, located right next to everything you needed. There are only 2 parking spots per unit, so if you have more than that you'll need to pay for city parking.
We gathered as a family with 2 couples and 4 young children for a long weekend at Tybee. The place was clean and setup just as we needed. Wonderful to have 3 full baths and the bedrooms were spacious (twin beds downstairs, 2 other rooms upstairs).
Parking was easy for 3 vehicles, just across the street from the beach access with good crosswalks. A small water spigot outside allowed us to rinse off our feet before coming in. The place was dated (white appliances, wallpaper, etc.) but everything was clean and setup well. Kitchen supplies were basic (bring salt/pepper, coffee, etc.). Easy check-in/out at a nearby office. Light comes in strongly through the window blinds, so be prepared. Appreciated having a washer/dryer (bring detergent). We really enjoyed our stay!
Great property for a family vacation. Plenty of room (including bathrooms) for our family of 7, and the kitchen is a huge plus to help save on meals. The condo is dated but very clean, and the location is second to none (across the street from the beach and 15-20 minutes outside Savannah). All in all, a great place to stay.
The room was very spacious and clean. It wasn’t on the beach but just across the street. It is in a great area, close to locals favorite restaurant and ice cream shop.
We had never stayed on the north side of the island but was pleasantly surprised by the great restaurants within walking distance and a beach which wasn’t as crowded as the south side.
The property was great. We could walk a block to the top end of mid-beach. It was also walking distance of a few restaurants which was super convenient and close to the check in/check out office. We loved the decks. Check in and check out was simple.
Could use a bit of updating (wallpaper in bathrooms, curved shower curtain rods) but has lots of room including very large bedrooms. Also short walking distance from various beaches, ice cream and tasty restaurants. Very clean.
All in all a great place for bigger groups on Tybee.
It’s a short walk to second street beach access. Also a convenience store, surf shop and candy/ice cream shop close by. A bit dated but adequately maintained, minor needs were addressed very quickly and did not interrupt our stay.
Condo is nice. Beds are ok. Up and down the stairs gets a little old. Not a bad walk to the beach but it’s a little bit of walk to a from the condo. A little hidden. And not much of a view of the water from the balcony
We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend stay. Location was perfect for us since it’s mid-beach, and we didn’t want to stay near the crowds on the south end of the beach. Although the furniture and decor of this unit are dated, the unit was clean. The dishwasher did not work and there are a few light bulbs that need to be replaced. Otherwise, everything worked to our satisfaction. Look forward to future trips to Tybee Island!
