There is a strict no pet on furniture policy. If there is any evidence of pets on any furniture there will be an additonal $300 cleaning fee. 1 pet allowed per stay.
No parties allowed on property. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. Failure to comply could result in eviction with no reimbursement.
