Only 75 yards to the beach!!

Second floor corner unit 1000 square foot condo with open living/dining/kitchen area and lots of windows throughout. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom that has tub and his/her closets. Guest bedroom with twin beds and access to hall bath. Spacious balcony off living room with high top table with 6 chairs. You can see the ocean just down the street! Wifi access. Bar seating in kitchen area and full size washer/dryer in laundry closet. Best of all you are just around the corner from the pier, lots of shops and restaurants! It's the happening end of Tybee, yet down a quiet side street!

Beach Getaway

This property is a good location from the beach and shops as well as the pier. Its just right across the street to the beach. I liked that there was seating outside on the small balcony where we could sit see/listen to the waves in the morning.

Good location right by the beach

Apartment is in good condition. It's less than a block to the beach which is what we wanted. We had a minor issue but the property manager answered very quickly. We had a good stay.

Great location

Yes sometimes the three flights of stairs was a pain but everything else made up for it. Great location, beautiful view, quiet, close to a lot of restaurants and the view!

Pirate Fest stay

What an amazing stay! The condo is immaculate! Looks exactly like the pictures. Check in and out was super easy. Great location to everything! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Would definitely stay again! Already thinking ahead to next year!

Cynthia was absolutely wonderful. The condo was beautiful, clean and conveniently located to the beach and restaurants we wanted to visit. The pictures on line matched exactly what the condo looked like. Perfect stay.

Great - as usual

This is the second stay at this place - the first being a year ago. It is well stocked with the necessities! Great to have the convenience of dishwasher, washer and dryer! Convenient to beach and “downtown” Tybee. Would stay there again, and would recommend!

Great location for Beach lovers

Just a short walk to the beach and bustling Tybrisa street/ pier! We enjoyed going to and from the beach multiple times a day with ease even in the hottest parts of the day. If you prefer a softer bed you may want to bring a mattress topper. This was our third time at Tybee and we loved this condo

Great Week Stay

This was our 2nd week long stay in this condo. Everything is with in walking distance. The condo has everything a family needs. A short walk and you’re on the beach, on the pier, eating at a restaurant or walking thru the local shops. It’s always a great time on Tybee! A great and friendly beach community.

Nice Stay!

Condo was large, well appointed and perfect for our requirements! We enjoyed our stay, particularly given the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the pier. Condo was amazingly roomy and easily accommodated our son and daughter-in-law when they drove up from Florida to stay with us on two weekends. Cindy is a great host who definitely lives up to her premier status. Her rapid response to a minor issue was first rate! If/when we visit Tybee Island again, her nice condo will be our #1 choice.........Thank you Cindy!Ron and Judy

Tybee getaway

We enjoyed our getaway to Tybee. The unit is located close to everything, easy walking to shops, restaurants and beach. Cynthia was a great host and responded immediately when I lost the door key and was so understanding and helpful. The unit is very clean. The steps getting into unit not so fun but I would definitely stay here again. We ❤️’d it!!

Sweet Condo, Great Location

This condo is conveniently located in the south end of Tybee. Short walk to the beach and restaurants was a plus. Climbing up 3 flights of stairs not so much! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It's a bit dated. Some of the furnishing could us replacement but otherwise very comfortable, as were the beds.

Close to beach

Loved the place, so close to beach and shops. Key pad didn’t work. Ran out of toilet paper. All kitchen appliances great. Being steps from the beach I would suggest beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels would of been great! Can’t bring in a plane. We bought stuff and had to leave it there. Otherwise loved it! Not the heat so much!

Great spacious house for 4 friends to hang out, enjoying beachy themed decorations, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars alike. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy the home. Extra bonus... Beach towels available for use too!
