Tybee Sun + Soul is a happy and bright townhouse on the North Beach side of quirky, quaint and beautiful Tybee Island. With private beach access, you can watch the sunrise from the primary bedroom or walk across the path through the dunes to sink your toes in the sand. This home has everything you need from beach chairs, a beach cart and coolers to a kitchen that is well-stocked with all the appliances and dishes you might need. It is a quiet neighborhood - but walking distance to the best restaurants. Tybee is only one mile wide and 3 miles long, so if you want to jump into the party atmosphere of the South end - or the famous local hang out: HucA Poos (Poo's for short) -- it's a short drive, bike ride or "Breezy" ride (the local cab service will take you anywhere on the island for $5 per person.) This property is within walking distance to the Tybee Lighthouse, the Marine Science Museum and the Seasonal (Monday) Farmers Market. The beach has a ton of fossilized sharks teeth to find, or you can play bocce or cornhole (provided), watch the ships coming to and from the Port of Savannah, or just relax on the beach.

The upstairs (Tybee Soulshine) has 2 bedrooms / 2.5 baths. The office/yoga room has an open floor and is perfect for a queen size air mattress if needed. The separate apartment (Tybee Sunshine) has a queen sized bed, an additional full kitchen and bathroom with a seperate entrance and is a ground floor unit, which is helpful if climbing stairs is difficult.
