Dreamsicle Beach Cottage has always been a guest favorite! Excellent location...in the heart of north Tybee. This cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple or a large family. The house can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably and has a large fenced in backyard that guests & pet owners love. Less than two blocks from the beach, restaurants & shops. Most essentials & beach supplies provided.

Dog friendly w/ no pet fee. Easy check-in. Very large fenced in backyard + deck & the outdoor showers are always a hit! 3 large bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2 half baths, large kitchen w/ essentials, washer/dryer, 2 outdoor enclosed (H/C) showers, plenty of free parking, cable, 4 flat screen TVs (2 smart), fast Wi-Fi & charcoal grill.

Dreamsicle was awesome! Welcoming and super clean. Kitchen fully equipped and beds comfy. Tvs in great working order. Definitely would stay there again! Nice job to the hosts!

Perfect little getaway

Our family had a fantastic time while staying here. The house was well equipped and its exactly what you would imagine for a beach house. Close to the beach and all the great restaurants

Rugby Tournament

We stayed at the cottage in order to watch a rugby tournament. The cottage is well appointed the backyard is amazing as we had a dog with us! It is so close to the beach. I would love to come back for a week!

Overnight Trip

The property was perfect for what we needed. Was simply traveling through with 3 dogs and the property met our needs. If traveling to Tybee Island for a longer trip would definitely inquire on this property as close proximity to beach and other stuff in Tybee! Owners were wonderful!

GREAT LOCATION

Could not ask for better location to the beach! We had a wonderful long weekend. The property is cozy and the backyard is fully fenced for our Boston Terrier, Scooter, to explore! Loved the outdoor hot/cold showers!!

Lovely beach house

This is a really nice beach house. Only two blocks from the beach. The house is located in a nice area and close to walking distance to restaurant and market. Very spacious house and the backyard with my favorite. The whole backyard is covered with trees so it's super shaded and with a beautiful deck. It was really nice to hang out there with my two dogs.

Our first vist to tybee was great. Perfect location. Backyard gave a place to hangout . Outdoor showers were the best. Since our group was 40 and up we had problems with the low toilets and climbing up to bunk beds. All said a good time was had and yes I would stay there again

Tybee Island

The property is located approximately 2 miles from the pier area, so we got in some exercise before and after The Polar Plunge! The dogs enjoyed having a fenced backyard to scurry around. The master bedroom was roomy and comfortable, and the electric fireplace was a delight. We cooked a couple of meals and found the kitchen adequately stocked. Wished we had brought our bikes - there’s a great bike route around the island.

Relaxing Vacation

The property was just as advertised. Easy to locate after dark, quiet neighborhood, great parking, and location was perfect for Tybee Island and Savannah. Close to beach access and the Tybee Island Lighthouse. We had a couple of dogs and the fenced backyard was perfect for them. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Thank you for a great vacation home that if we are in area again will definitely be our place of choice.

Great little place on the North end

We came for a concert at the Post Theatre which sadly was cancelled the day of. The Dreamsicle is literally across the street from the back of the theatre, so it was a great location for us. Little did we know how much snow Savannah/Tybee got! The house was cozy warm when we arrived and the owner had shoveled off the back deck and furniture for us which was really nice. The house is spotless. For an older home it’s been well cared for and is very comfortable. It’s well stocked with anything you need. The location is within a very short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We thank the owners for sharing this cute place and hope to return another day. Highly recommend!

Just Ok

Location was great for the beach. Overall the property was just ok. It just needs some updating. Had a fly problem the entire time and owner implied it was our fault (left a door or window open) as they did not have the problem before or after we left. It was chilly during the day and night so everything was closed all the time. Box spring was broken in back bedroom. And the listing indicated a Hot Tub was there to use but it was missing. Fencing was propped up by 2×4 on one side. It was just ok.

Perfect Little Beach Stay

This place is so cute. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short walk to the beach. We have lots of favorite things to say about this place! We enjoyed the ease of rinsing after our beach day in the two outdoor showers. We came in March so the warm water in the showers was a nice touch. The water hose with sprayer was great for rinsing all our beach toys and shoes. The back patio was inviting and we enjoyed most meals outdoors. Bring bug spray just in case. We have three young kids and having two sets of bunks was fun for the kids. Most places usually have one set and the third child ends up on the floor or somewhere else. It was nice they could all be together, have their own beds, and have their own space to go after a busy day. We brought our dogs and this place is very pet friendly. The kids and dogs enjoyed the back yard very much. The beds were comfy and everyone slept well. The property was reasonably priced which is greatly appreciated! Thank you for opening your home to us. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We’d love to stay again in the future!

What a charming home! We came into town for a Banana’s Ball game and wanted to stay out of town and Dreamsicle was perfect. The fenced in yard was perfect for the pups and the location was an easy drive to everything. We loved it. Thank you for having us!
