Our Continued Commitment to Cleanliness and Safety - The housekeeping Team members have been properly trained to clean our condo. We thoroughly research all products and chemicals to ensure that we clean our condo to the highest standard, following recommendations from the CDC. Before guests arrive, our team will sanitize and disinfect all areas, including bathrooms and "high-touch" points on the property. Per the CDC and EPA, the disinfectants and sanitizers our housekeeping team uses can help contain and prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses. Our trained housekeeping staff uses the best hygiene practices at all times. The safety of our guests and housekeeping staff is our top priority.
We have two luxurious, refreshing pools and a large hot tub on site - both are steps from the front door. The covered balcony overlooks one of the pools & is the perfect place to relax in the shade.
Our condo has two covered parking spaces next to a private elevator for easy access to Unit 319. Brass Rail Villas is a gated community & is heavily monitored for your safety & security.
When you rent our condo, you can access a private storage room for all your beach gear in the parking area. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and plenty of sand toys for the kids. Guests at Latitude Adjustment 319 will have 2 Beach Cruisers provided to bike through Tybee in style!
We are 100 yards from fun and sun on the beach and a short walk to Tybee's Historic Pier, famous restaurants, and signature shopping areas.
The plush, elegant main bedroom has a king-size bed and a 42-inch LED TV with a DVD player. It includes an entrance to the condo's private balcony overlooking one of the relaxing swimming pools. The main bathroom has two vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. Enjoy your vacation in a spa-like atmosphere.
One guest room has a queen-sized bed with a 42-inch TV and DVD player, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and a 32-inch LED TV. All bedrooms are equipped with Roku/SmartTVs for all streaming needs.

Tybee Island is only a 20-minute drive to Historic Savannah, River Street, and City Market. Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation while accessing Savannah, GA's beautiful and historic city.
