Relaxing oasis

We enjoyed every minute! There is plenty of beach to walk, seafood to eat, and sites to see! This was our first stay on Tybee and what a great adventure!

Our first trip to Tybee Island couldnt have been any better. And this condo was perfect. The location, the layout, the VIEW, the beach, pool, poolside bar and restaurant, and the host. It was a family vacation for the memory books and we will be back again soon. Needless to say I highly recommend booking this condo... (just not when we plan to go back please. haha)

This is the second time we've stayed at Rhonda's and hopefully not the last. We love the location, views, and amenities this condo and complex offer. Easy beach access, easy parking, and on site restaurant. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Another Great Stay!

This is a SUPERB property with a SUPERB owner! The unit itself is wonderful with incredible views and amenities. The owner (Rhonda) could not possibly be more helpful or accommodating! This was our second consecutive year at this same unit and we could not be happier! We hope to return again in the future!

Great place and beautiful view

Such a great area and the view from the balcony of the pool and the beach. You can walk to a couple restaurants, ice cream places, gift shops. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot on tybee

The condo was in a great location. Beach wasn’t packed. The 2 pools were very nice and the restaurant/bar being attached to the pool were great!

I just want to say we were in awe of the view. The condo was perfect and the view was stunning. If I ever make it back to Tybee Island this is the place I will stay.

Spring break trip

We had a wonderful week at Rhonda’s condo! The views and balcony were beautiful. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. We hope to return!

Great location! My mom, Aunt, adult daughter, and I had plenty of room. Perfect for a low key beach getaway while it’s still chilly in NY. We walked to the pier one day and to the north beach the next. Are at the Deck and the food was great! Spent later afternoons at the pool and pool bar. Watched Netflix at night. Perfect!

Lovely condo, great location!

My friend and I had a long weekend at Tybee. This was a great property for us. The place was spotless, and well provisioned. We couldn't have asked for a better location, mid-island, but easy walking distance to shops and eateries north and south. Rhonda's check-in-check-out procedures were easy. The property has a lovely pool area and nicely maintained grounds. There is also a restaurant on the property, where we had lunch and enjoyed it very much. You'll have a beautiful view of the sunrise and ocean all day. We couldn't have chosen better, and I will definitely book here again.

Best View on Tybee

We loved everything about this condo. If anything, the view is undersold - it was fantastic and we watched the sunrise every morning. Everyone at the resort was very friendly. Rhonda was great to work with as we were worried about the hurricane. She responded timely everytime even though I am pretty sure she didn't have power herself.

Best location at the beach!

My kids and I had a great stay at this condo! Location can’t be beat. Easy access to the beach, kids loved the heated pool and I loved the beach drinks at the Deck right next door. And a quick ride to nearby North Beach and the pier. The condo was very clean, quiet, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. Plenty of room and comfortable for an adult and two boys. It had everything we needed for our three-night stay. And Rhonda was very quick to respond to questions about the island. We did not have any issues with the condo during our stay.

Wonderful stay at Tybee!

This was a brief (5 night) stay at Tybee over spring Break. My wife and I along with our adult daughter thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It is perfectly positioned at the beach, near many restaurants and shops. The condo itself and the facilities (pool, bar/restaurant, beach) were amazing! In addition, Rhonda was a wonderful host who communicated clearly and promptly when asked any questions. I would highly recommend this property (and host Rhonda) to anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at Tybee.

Amazing view

We loved it! The view from the apartment is amazing and we saw the moon rising on the oceon both nights. We were just on the beach and with the convience of the restaurant the deck right there. We had just a fun relaxing weekend with our teen age boys! The apartment is nice, clean and very nicely furnished and decorated. Superorganized! We will be back!

Beach Vacay

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for our us. It had everything we needed and then some. Even little things were available. Extra dishwasher detergent, thick bath towels, thick toilet paper, very comfortable beds and pillows. We spent most of our time at the beach but the 2 pools were really nice also. It was also fantastic that The Deck bar/restaurant was on site. Food was good and drinks were cold! Rhonda answered all our questions quickly whenever we had one! We will definitely come back!

Nice Condo on Top Floor

The rental was nice and very clean. It was laid out differently than I expected but still fine. The kitchen was very well equipped for making dinner and the main living area was cute and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. I especially liked having a bathroom for each bedroom with the secondary one also having a doorway to the hall. The view is as presented, but the hum from the pools and restaurant temper any sounds of waves. You experience more sound and visual from the resort than the beach. The pools are heated and while we didn't use them, there were people who did. Being on the top floor, it was very quiet in the evening, which was important to me. The restaurant attached to the building was great. Access to the beach was easy and there is parking for the unit. I think the instructions to access the unit from parking could be a little clearer as we finally figured out where we needed to go only because I had been to the restaurant before and knew this rental overlooked it. The property manager was very nice and communicative. We had no issues besides trying to find it, so we did not need to contact her during our stay. It's a bit of a walk to the pavilion and main activity in Tybee, but totally doable. I would definitely recommend this rental to others looking to visit Tybee.

Wonderful vacation

We had the best week full of sun and relaxation with our toddler this past week. The place was perfect for what we needed. The pools and on site beach access was extremely convenient! We would absolutely stay here again!
