Watch the sunrise from one of your two porches while ships and shrimp boats pass by. Enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxation at the beach or see the sights in town. End the day with a freshly caught shrimp or seafood dinner in your home or at a local restaurant!

You’ll be sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome with free high-speed Wi-Fi at Tybee’s North Beach. The townhome is next to the beach sand dunes – there is a beach walkway through the dunes at the property providing direct access to the beach. You’ll also have a beach wagon to haul the provided beach chairs to the beach.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luxurious queen bed to provide optimal sleep time each night. Each bedroom also has cable TV and an attached full bath. The master (on the top floor) also has a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, a dressing room with double sinks and a walk-in shower & toilet. The 2 front bedrooms (one on the top floor, one on the main floor) look out over the ocean, the old fort and the historic Tybee lighthouse.

The living area is an open floor plan with comfortable seating for all and is furnished with a flat-screen TV. A pass through to the kitchen provides easy access to snacks. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a dining room table large enough to accommodate all. There is also a game table for various board games as well as for extra seating.

The townhome has a large front porch and large top floor deck - great for viewing the ocean, ships, stars, sunrise, and the Tybeelighthouse. 3 parking spaces are available.

As well as being right at the beach, the townhome is just steps away from the North Beach Grill Bar and Restaurant, the Historic Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Screven Museum. You won’t need a car on the island; you can walk, rent bikes or golf carts nearby.

Great Tybee North location

We stayed for three nights. We loved the location near the beach and the easy walk or bike ride to restaurants, pickleball, and the bike trail. 20-25 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Great layout with 4 queen/full beds and 3 full bathrooms, parking, and a friendly, local, and accommodating host! Dan is the best.

Beautiful beach vacation.

We had a great time. The property was spacious and clean with great views of the ocean and the lighthouse. Very easy and quick access to the beach as well. Dan is a great host who is highly responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Lighthouse Magic

We have stayed here twice and love the location so much! The house has a welcoming vibe and is very comfortable. Owner is super nice and helpful. The views. It’s just spectacular!! Highly recommend!!

Our Thanksgiving away from it all

We had 4 wonderful days by the ocean and that was a great peaceful time just away from the hustle and bustle of our life’s we have had some very low days this year and needed to get away and regroup our family . We will do this again and thank you To Dan for making it so easy to be here

Great location . All essentials provided. Plenty of towels, hand soap, dish detergent, clothes detergent, trash bags etc. The beach wagon and chairs were handy. The best bedding ever at a rental! Very , Very clean! Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Vacation Stay

This Tybee Island townhouse was perfect for a family trip to the beach. What we liked: three bathrooms (one with every bedroom), new appliances, comfortable furnishings, easy walk to the beach, porch with big table for eating outside, grocery store nearby, wagons & beach chairs, restaurant across the street, well supplied kitchen, and terrific owner. The cleaning crew discovered something we left behind and the owner mailed it to us the next day. Such great people!

Tybee Vacation

Very satisfied with rental. Had a cozy home feeling. Property was stocked with all the essentials for the kitchen, laundry, beach, and bathrooms. Property owner Dan very fast on communication and went above and beyond to help me out with a issue we had that was not about the rental. Highly recommend staying here, stone throw from beach with stunning balcony views. Lots to do within walking distance. Hope to stay here again in near future.

Good location, and access to a great beach

This is a nice, large place for a family. Each room has an en-suite (two of them also are accessible from the halls). The covered porch is perfect for dining, and the upper-level deck is great for looking out across the Fort Screven battery to the beach beyond. The furnishings are fine, and the kitchen was equipped better than we expected, honestly. We managed to make Thanksgiving dinner, which isn't something I ever thought I'd do in a beach house. Finally, Dan, the property manager, is friendly and accommodating. We had a great time at this house.

Ok Place to stay close to the beach

House is very close to the beach. Overall, ok place to stay. Older unit with sloping floors , so Very creaky floors, not a lot of light in upstairs bathrooms, could use some updating. When we first arrived, house was pungent with air freshener, so had to leave windows open to air out a bit. Needed more kitchen trash bags and batteries for remotes, host was quick to bring them over.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a great time at this location and really enjoyed our stay despite some minor issues. Danny was a great host! -----Pros----- Location!: Super close to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Host: Danny was really friendly and a great host. Communication was quick and easy. Decor: House was beautiful -----Cons----- Plumbing: The house's plumbing is very old as stated on notes in the house. Even while being very careful about flushing too much TP, we managed to clog the toilets 3-4 times during our 3 night stay. Luckily, owner keeps a plunger on-site and we don't mind fixing it. Mattress: At least one of the mattresses seemed to be an old spring mattress and was super uncomfortable. Furniture: Some furniture was broken/worn and resulted in me falling out of it when I didn't realize a chair was not connected to its base. Towels: Towels smelled odd, not too big a deal because we primarily used our own.

Great family beach stay!

From our initial contact...Dan was amazing. He went above and beyond when my son and his girlfriend were locked out as the rest of us were stuck when the road to the island closed for 3 hours. He went over and let them in. The location was perfect and comfortable! Looking forward to our next trip!

Favorite Townhouse on North Beach

This was our third year staying at one of Dan’s townhouses on Gulick street, and we’ve loved every time. The kids (and adults) enjoy the quick walk to the beach, park and the Marine Science Center. Dan’s the most accommodating host and will go out of his way to assist you with any questions or needs throughout your stay.
