  • Tybee Sunshine is a self contained studio apartment on the ground floor and only 20 steps until your toes are in the sand and you enter the beach through a private beach path. Located on the quietest part of beach on Tybee, but also walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island, including Sundae Cafe, Salt Island, North Beach Bar & Grill, Cockspur and Sea Wolf. Tybee Sunshine is also near Jaycee Park, a beautiful green space with a walking/running/ hiking trail, disc golf, basketball/ pickleball courts, and bird watching.
