"It is a beautiful historical building. Very good services overall. The hotel and the room are clean. It is an old building so you noticed the floor under the rug in the room may not be flat. "The property looked nice driving up but the interior needs to be updated. My room was on the 1st floor and the hallway floors were uneven and seem well worn. The room was ok, clean but a tiny TV and the pillows were not even standard size,more like throw pillows. Luckily,I always bring my own. The phone was old and there was a DVD player in the room, so yes some updates could help. I didn't realize the restaurant was going to be closed through the end of the year, so we had to leave to get dinner. I was looking forward to having dinner and a drink after arriving. The gym was clean with a good offering of equipment and the pool and jacuzzi looked nice. There was also an area with fire pits on the 1st floor that groups were sitting around. It wasn't a bad stay, just left me wanting a little more."
