"Communication was excellent, the place was very clean, lots of dishes, forks, spoons, well everything was nice. A couple of maintenance issues but they were explained and didn't inconvenience me at all. Two things, if you are arriving at night, the building numbers are on the far-left end of the building, white with red background and blending into the second-floor balcony railing. "Had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation at this beautiful oversized A frame. Although the river access is very tough from the property, there are hundreds of miles of national forest along the river within foot steps of the property. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Conway region as it’s river sounds therapeutic and is so close to all local attractions (summer, fall or winter)"
