The host was a business called Kingscliff Accommodation. We had only email and text messages from them. They never responded where we could park our car and that caused us a delay in getting to the accommodation. Two separate rooms were booked and the accommodation on Stayz stated it was a two bedroom accommodation. It was not that at all. There were several deficits in the rooms. Room with just two single bedrooms had beds on wheels which couldn’t be locked. That’s WHS issue. Wall patches and the bathroom has permanent stains on the floors. The second room had holes in the walls and scaff marks. The bed sheets were stained on one side. Both room had a lot of sand in them when we arrived. The accommodation is not central to anything. The beach access is not very kid or old person friendly. The accommodation was quite most of the time.
